Beaumont Wall, 10.5 meters high at its tallest point, runs alongside Alexandra Road and stretches all the way from the Howard Cole Way entrance to Alison Way. Beaumont Wall surrounds what used to be the South Cavalry Barracks. Our works were carried out over a 200 meter long section of the wall and involved re-pointing and partial removal of the railings to repair cracks in the wall. We also Removed, repaired and reinstated the original concrete padstones. Finally we reinstated sections of the railings, repainted and installed safety mesh throughout. The contract program was 20 weeks which Reds brought in ahead of schedule and to the highest standard
