On this site Reds Builders have undertaken all groundworks for a 875m2 building extension and new carpark. This has included pad foundations, concrete power floated floor to new and existing buildings, new drainage including an attenuation tank. To get the ground to formation level we had to excavate over 2m deep in some areas, due to this depth we had to retain the ground to the boundary with precast concrete L walls. We have also undertaken brickwork and surfacing to the new car park which has areas of porous tarmac and also concrete hardstanding areas.
