The site was previously occupied by Makro, new occupants Amazon had to make numerous alterations in order to suit their needs. The existing tarmac area had to be reconstructed in concrete to become fit for purpose to act as there service yard. In line with the service yard dock loaders were needed to enable their lorries to be loaded. This was achieved through the installation of precast concrete dock loaders, an insitu concrete retaining wall was required to enable the construction to commence. We also placed the concrete for a mezzanine floor and staircase
